Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes! BetterWay HomeCare will work with your medicaid affiliated insurance company to provide home care at no cost to you! We simply need a doctor to validate that you require assistance with your Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). 
 
Do you accept Long Term Care insurance?
Yes! BetterWay HomeCare accepts any eligible long term care insurance and will work with your insurance company directly. 
 
How does Live-in care work? Do I need to provide food?
Live-in care is always approached in a delicate manner in which we make sure that both the client and the home aide will be comfortable with the living situation. BetterWay HomeCare will work with you on deciding how to handle things like food, scheduling, sleeping arrangements, etc. 
 
Can we use the same aide every day?
Yes. BetterWay HomeCare strives to provide consistency with our aides so that a strong relationship can be made with the patient. When selecting an aide for a new case we make sure that their schedule coincides with all parties involved. 
 
How does the video monitoring program work?
For as little as $9 an hour BetterWay HomeCare can install a video/audio camera in the home of a client and will monitor them constantly. If we notice anything unusual we can send you an aide immediately or call a family member or a friend.
